Refund Policy for Pass(s) to Group Fitness Classes

Thank you for choosing our group fitness classes. We value your business and are committed to ensuring that you have a satisfying experience. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our refund policy for passes:

1. All Purchases Are Final:

* All purchases of passes to our group fitness classes are final. Once a purchase is made, it is non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy:

* If you schedule a class and do not attend (a "no-show"), you will forfeit your pass for that class. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend.

3. Pass Expiration:

* Passes are subject to expiration dates, which may vary depending on the type of pass purchased. It is the customer's responsibility to schedule classes within the assigned expiration date.

* If a customer fails to schedule and attend a class within the expiration date of the pass, the pass will be forfeited.

*ALL PASSES REGARDLESS OF PURCHASE DATE MUST BE USED BY FINAL PROGRAM END DATE AND CANNOT BE APPLIED TO ANY OTHER SERVICE/PROGRAM NEW OR CURRENT.

4. Class Cancellations or Rescheduling:

* In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class, a credit will be issued to your account for a future class. We will notify you of any changes in advance.

5. Refund Consideration for Unavailable Services:

* While all purchases are generally final, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to a service or class becoming unavailable. In such instances, we may consider a refund.

6. Requesting a Refund:

* If you believe that a refund is warranted due to the unavailability of a service or class, please send a refund request or question to 1440otminquiries@gmail.com. We appreciate your understanding and will consider your request within the scope of our normal business practices.
