Whether for strength or size, our Full Body Strength Gains Class is programmed and designed to get you maximum results in the next 8 weeks. Not looking for size, no problem, we can adjust things to be more for strength or conditioning.

    As a former high school and collegiate athlete myself, I am well aware that many athletes are not given additional help with developing in areas like proper form and technique in the weight room, nutrition, and training regimen based on the season, improving speed, agility, awareness, and decision-making.

    Which is why for the past 3 years, I've worked with high school and collegiate athletes from football to basket ball, honing their strength, power, speed, agility, and on-field awareness and decision-making. While my expertise is in the field of football, all athletes can benefit from improving their base line strength and endurance. My mission is to help athletes achieve peak performance and give them the confidence they need to excel.

    Throughout most of my career, I've been at the forefront of group trainings and bootcamps. However, my journey has evolved in recent years, with a growing emphasis on one-on-one personal training and expanding into the realm of online coaching. I've come to realize that many of us require personalized guidance from time to time – whether it's perfecting form and technique in the gym, mastering the art of sustainable weight loss or muscle gain, or simply starting and maintaining a fitness journey tailored to "you."
    My training style is centered on the principle of gradual, sustainable change. I start with the basics, working alongside you as you progress. We build confidence over time, and, most importantly, we cultivate the habits necessary to achieve the results you desire.
