Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We appreciate your interest in our group fitness classes and want to ensure you have a seamless experience with us. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate various pass types and scheduling needs. Please review the terms below:
1. Drop-Ins Pass:
* Drop-In Pass holders must use their passes within 7 days of the original purchase day/time.
* Please note that any class scheduled within 48 hours of the class or service start time cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
2. 3-Class Pass:
* Passes for our 3-Class Pass option are valid for 19 days from the original purchase day/time.
* It's important to keep in mind that any class scheduled within 48 hours of the class or service start time cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
3. 12-Class Pass:
* Clients with a 12-Class Pass have the flexibility to use their passes within 60 days of the original purchase day/time.
*ALL PASSES REGARDLESS OF PURCHASE DATE MUST BE USED BY FINAL PROGRAM END DATE AND CANNOT BE APPLIED TO ANY OTHER SERVICE/PROGRAM NEW OR CURRENT.
* Similar to the other pass options, please be aware that any class scheduled within 48 hours of the class or service start time cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to provide flexibility within these pass-specific timeframes. However, we kindly request that you adhere to these guidelines when scheduling and rescheduling classes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please make sure to do so outside the 48-hour window specified above. Our system will not allow changes within this timeframe to maintain the integrity of our class schedules.
